Handmade Journals

This hard cover leather journal is hand bound with recycled paper and a woven deerskin center.

Vintage ticking fabric, buffalo hide feather and button closure, recycled paper, antique photo sewn into the front page of each journal.

Woad

I love indigo dyed anything, but I just learned about woad.  Another similar beautiful blue dye.  I'll be learning how to woad my own fabrics this summer!  For now I bought a couple of pieces of linen that has already been woad dyed, along with another large piece of antique ticking fabric.  Scarves and bags to come.
